Introduction: Westminster Pre-school is a ministry of Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church. It was established in July 1996. Our new educational facility was completed in September 2001. Westminster Pre-School’s Purpose: Our purpose is to provide a loving, safe, Christian environment for the children of the church and the community. The school encourages spiritual and social development and readiness skills. Westminster’s Philosophy: The Bible is God’s spoken word. Children learn through various methods that Jesus is their only Savior and loves them. The atmosphere in the classroom should be one of love and patience. It should be an exciting place to learn and experience new ideas. Children should be encouraged to learn new ideas according to the child’s readiness.
